Join our scheduling list

Complete a Waitlist + scheduling request form.

Complete your Theranest portal registration

When we are ready to process your scheduling request, a registration and documents request will be sent through the Theranest portal.

Meet your therapist at your appointment

Check your email for your appointment reminder. Visit the office or included link at your session time.
