Loretta Holland, CFRE - Executive Director
Loretta Holland, CFRE, has 20 years of experience holds the designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and is a graduate of the Grantsmanship Training Center International’s Proposal Writing Program. She has served as a reviewer for various government grantors, including AmeriCorps and the Texas Workforce Commission. Loretta is a Past President of the American Association of Grant Professionals’ Austin-Central Texas Chapter and the Greater Austin Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In 2007, she was named “Outstanding Fundraising Professional” by the Greater Austin Chapter of AFP. Loretta is the Recording Secretary of The Junior League of Austin and Board President of the Literacy Coalition of Central Texas.

Rebecca Calhoun, MA, LPC Supervisor - Clinical Director
Rebecca Calhoun is the Clinical Director of Waterloo Counseling Center. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Board Approved Supervisor. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology form the University of Texas at Austin. She has over twenty years of experience in the field and has a special interest in issues of love relationships, the break-up of love relationships, children’s adjustment to parental break-ups, and children who are exploring gender expressions that do not fit the stereotypical gender norms of our society.
Mark Fisher, MA, LPC-S, NCC
Mark is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. He graduated from the College of New Jersey with his Masters in Community Counseling. Mark has an extensive back ground in addictions counseling and substance abuse education as well as over 20 years management experience before becoming a counselor. His specialty is Person Centered Counseling and has experience using a wide range of modalities. Mark also facilitates an HIV positive support group for men through Aids Services of Austin. He works with individuals and couples and is experienced with working with those in diverse lifestyles. Having spent over 10 years in a college environment Mark is adept at working with those with career choice issues as well as coming out and life development problems.
Sarah Gonzales, MA, LPC, NCC
Sarah Gonzales is a staff Therapist at Waterloo Counseling Center. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Master's degree in Professional Counseling - Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos. She is a relational-cultural therapist who utilizes relational skills to create a safe, supportive environment for people to be themselves and explore any concerns or issues they might have. She enjoys helping people create healthy, happy relationships of all types (family, friends, partners) and overall working toward finding balance and happiness in life.
Sarah Gremillion, MSSW, LCSW; Bilingual Therapist
Sarah Gremillion is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She approaches therapy from both a cognitive and relational perspective informed by interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory, to help clients develop new perspectives and stronger relationships. Sarah has experience and interest working with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. She is also comfortable in addressing concerns arising within the immigrant and bicultural communities.
Nina Perales, MSSW, LCSW; Bilingual Therapist
Nina A. Perales, incorporates mindfulness and body-centered work within a psychodynamic and behavioral framework. Clients can expect to observe and be aware, rather than avoid or engage in ineffective behaviors. Nina works within a multicultural context and is particularly attuned to working with issues surrounding the immigrant experience, societal marginalization and oppression, anxiety, depression, and general life transitions in English or Spanish with couples or individuals. Nina is a native Austinite and received her master’s in social work from the University of Chicago.

Amber Baldwin, MSSW, LCSW
Amber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007. Amber describes her approach to therapy as a mix of both relational/cultural and psychodynamic theories with an understanding and utilization of interpersonal neurobiology. Amber is an EMDR trained therapist and utilizes EMDR as an adjunct in treatment. Amber's areas of special interest and study include coming out issues, identity development, relational problems and psychosocial concerns.
Melissa Hargrave, MS, LPC, LMFT
Melissa M. Hargrave, Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, received her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. Melissa is Certified in Human Sexuality and Clinical Sexology through the Institute of the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, California. Melissa Hargrave’s theoretical orientation is a mixture of Narrative and Collaborative theory.
