When you join our Scheduling List, just indicate you are interested in requesting a letter. If you are a current Waterloo client, talk to your therapist at your next regular session to learn more.

We are only able to provide this service for adult clients, 18 and older.
Waterloo does not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
